Mr. Dickson is Director of Executive Protection and Consulting, advising Insite’s clients on security program development, crisis management, emergency response, disaster preparedness, and role-specific security training. Mr. Dickson oversees Insite’s global executive protection operations, designing tailored programs that meet and exceed international industry standards. These discreet programs reduce risk, maximize safety, and deter threats while maintaining minimal impact on lifestyle and professional requirements.
Prior to joining Insite, Mr. Dickson served as Director of Security for Four Seasons Resorts and Residences in the Caribbean, leading regional security programs across multiple locations. Mr. Dickson also dedicated 21 years to the
UK Government in Europe and the Caribbean as a Specialist Operations Commander, directing international counter-terrorism and drug enforcement operations and training law enforcement agencies and military units in
specialist tactics, close protection, and strategic command. Mr. Dickson holds an M.A. in Politics from the University of Dundee in Scotland.
