As an Executive Director at Insite, Campbell Gatehouse works closely with clients to design and deliver tailored security strategies that address a wide range of operational and reputational risks. Drawing on over a decade of experience advising senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Gatehouse serves as a strategic partner to Insite’s clients—helping them navigate complex risk environments and align strategic security programs with broader business goals.

Ms. Gatehouse plays a lead role in the firm’s business development efforts, with a focus on consultative solution design and long-term risk program architecture. She partners with executive stakeholders to assess organizational risk exposure, recommend pragmatic solutions, and ensure alignment between leadership priorities and day-to-day security operations.

Prior to joining Insite, Ms. Gatehouse was Vice President and Head of Threat Intelligence at Teneo, where she helped build and scale the firm’s Threat Intelligence practice. In that role, she oversaw product development, built strategic partnerships, and led a team of analysts in delivering intelligence programs for global corporations navigating online threats. Earlier in her career, Ms. Gatehouse served in advisory and intelligence roles at RANE and the United Nations’ Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate.

She holds a Master’s in Global Affairs and Transnational Security from NYU, where she conducted field research with former and current combatants from terrorist organizations such as Al Qaeda and ISIS. She also studied Middle East politics at the London School of Economics and earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Kansas. Her early academic work on the intersection of environmental and conflict dynamics in Iraq and Syria contributed to joint publications with NGA, USAID, UNESCO, and AFRICOM.
