Eric Naranjo oversees Insite’s capabilities to continuously improve, assess and test an enterprise’s business continuity policies and processes in order to minimize the impact of unexpected events and situations to client assets, human capital, operations and their brand reputation. As part of his work, he develops and clear and standardized business continuity strategies that can be implemented across a global organization to ensure its resiliency. This effort includes creating a business continuity framework that encapsulates performing business impact analyses (BIAs), creating business continuity plans (BCPs), emergency response plans (ERPs) as well as responding to any threat that presents itself to the business.
Prior to joining Insite, Mr. Naranjo served as Senior Business Continuity Analyst at The New York Times Company and as Business Continuity Analyst at HBO and Time, Inc. He also held the position of Crisis Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
A Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Mr. Naranjo holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
