Keely Bartram
Director, Operations

and educate employees and executive management alike. Prior to joining Insite, Ms. Bartram performed confidential reviews of active civil and criminal cases at The Forensic Panel. She also was a researcher at John Jay College focusing on crime scene evaluations and behavioral patterns in sex crimes.Ms. Bartram holds a Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston College.

As a Director of Operations, Ms. Bartram is responsible for supervising the many moving pieces that are part of a client’s security program. She serves as the central point-of-contact for clients with complex security requirements and directs a wide range of consulting projects. In addition to ensuring the superior execution of programs elements and tracking progress of ongoing initiatives, Ms. Bartram curates training sessions to meet a client’s needs. She serves as a lead researcher and writer for training curriculum, client briefings and security policies that align with industry best practices and she delivers online and in-person security training sessions that engage
