She also was a researcher at John Jay College focusing on crime scene evaluations and behavioral patterns in sex crimes.Ms. Bartram holds a Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston College.

As a Director of Operations, Ms. Bartram is responsible for supervising the many moving pieces that are part of a client’s security program. She serves as the central point-of-contact for clients with complex security requirements and directs a wide range of consulting projects. In addition to ensuring the superior execution of programs elements and tracking progress of ongoing initiatives, Ms. Bartram curates training sessions to meet a client’s needs. She serves as a lead researcher and writer for training curriculum, client briefings and security policies that align with industry best practices and she delivers online and in-person security training sessions that engage
