Known for her commitment to outstanding client service, Ms. Louie applies her experience in business administration and human resources to manage due diligence engagements from set-up through ongoing investigations to reporting. Ms. Louie holds a BA degree from San Francisco State University.

As a certified background investigator, Ms. Louie supervises planning and execution of pre-employment and due diligence investigations for the firm. She oversees and conducts multi-faceted assessments and complex analyses and manages relationships with Insite’s specialized resources and the clients they serve.

Ms. Louie monitors legislative changes related to hiring practices and leads the development of solutions as needed by family offices and global corporations alike. She is also responsible for the sophisticated and proprietary sources and databases used by the Investigations Group.
