As an Analyst in Insite’s Global Security Operations Center, Zuri Pompea actively monitors and assesses open-source intelligence (OSINT) to identify potential threats to the reputation and security of the firm’s clients. Leveraging sophisticated research platforms, Ms Pompea delivers actionable reports with analysis on the impact of a threat to a client’s brand, its executives, traveling employees or corporate events. Also, she tracks civil unrest and protest activities on social media platforms and issues proximity alerts when disruptions are near client locations or their corporate events.
Prior to joining Insite, Ms Pompea served as an Emergency Preparedness Associate for VNS Health where she identified and analyzed emerging situations with high-impact potential and utilized threat intelligence platforms to disseminate communications between emergency management stakeholders.
She holds a B.S in Homeland Security from St. John’s University and is expected to complete the Emergency Management Certificate Program from the New York City Emergency Management Agency (formerly known as the Office of Emergency Management - OEM) in April 2024.
