Ms. Bose supervises Insite’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), which is a 24/7 command center responsible for the intake and triage of physical threats and emergencies across the firm’s portfolio of clients. She oversees the team of GSOC analysts that performs real-time monitoring of geopolitical events and an array of disruptions that can negatively impact clients’ personnel, operations or reputation. Ms. Bose also manages the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure communication preferences and escalation protocols are tailored to each client, and that monitoring thresholds yield actionable intelligence for covered executives, locations, traveling personnel, and corporate events.
Prior to joining Insite, Ms. Bose served as an Intelligence Analyst for Zoom Video Communications where she built and led a sophisticated Protective Intelligence program for the company. She also was an Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co where she led firm’s efforts to monitor Covid-19 pandemic. Ms. Bose holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
